01 Who processes your data

The data controller is the ECFL education centre (“we”). You can contact us about any data-related question using the details at the bottom of this page.

02 What data we collect

We collect only the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and arrange your studies:

• your name (or your child's name) — so we know how to address you;
• phone number and email — to contact you and arrange a consultation;
• study direction and age group — to suggest the right programme;
• the message text — if you choose to leave one;
• technical server data (IP address, browser type, request time) — in standard hosting logs.

03 Purpose and legal basis

We process data to contact you after an enquiry, run a free assessment and consultation, choose a programme, provide educational services and meet legal requirements (including accounting).

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox in the form, and the performance of the educational services agreement.

04 Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Limited access may be granted to service providers that keep the site and our communication running (hosting, email, messengers) — strictly to the extent needed to provide those services.

Data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies where the law expressly requires it.

05 Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and up to 3 years after the last contact, so we keep a history of requests. After that it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

06 Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies — they keep the site working and remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with ad networks.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; this may affect how convenient the site is to use.

07 Children's data

We work with students from the age of 5, so an enquiry on a child's behalf is submitted by a parent or another legal guardian. By submitting a child's data you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

08 Your rights

Regarding your personal data you have the right to:

• know what data we hold and receive a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate or outdated data;
• withdraw consent and request deletion;
• restrict or object to processing;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us — we will reply within 30 days.

09 Data security

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Only authorised staff of the centre can access enquiries. We apply organisational and technical measures to prevent unauthorised access to data.

10 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
